Great news!  Most products are stock products, which means they are in stock and ready to ship at all times directly from our U.S. warehouse to your location.  Exceptions include occasional backorders, plus quantities, special order products, and custom order products.  Feel free to contact us at: information@2magUSA.com or 386-761-6131 for updated stock verification/production estimates.

Since we stock products locally at our U.S. warehouse, this means no customs fees, international shipping forms, or wait times for you!  We strive to process and ship every order as soon as possible.  Upon receipt of a purchase order or internet order, the following are our general shipment guidelines:

  • Stock items typically ship out on the following business day.
  • Backorder or plus quantity stock items typically ship in 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Special order items typically ship in 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Custom order items typically ship in 6 to 10 weeks.

Timeframes are estimates only, based on recent production times, and depend on item and parts availability. Updated stock verification/production estimates available upon inquiry.

For internet orders, non-credit commercial accounts, special order products, custom order products, and/or international shipping outside of North America, shipment is also contingent upon receipt of 100% prepayment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 2mag-USA.

  • We can ship direct to you or drop ship to your customer on your behalf.  Purchase orders where the entity named under the ship to address is different than the entity named under the bill to address will be processed as drop ship.
  • For all purchase orders on credit commercial accounts: (i) a packing slip will be included on the outside of each package in the shipment; and (ii) an invoice will be forwarded to the commercial account billing address as per the purchase order instructions, unless otherwise specified by customer.
  • For all purchase orders on credit cards and/or internet orders: (i) a packing slip will be included on the outside of each package in the shipment; and (ii) a ‘paid’ invoice will be included on the outside of package no. 1 in the shipment, unless otherwise specified by customer (i.e., no separate invoice will be forwarded to the credit card billing or other address, unless specifically requested by customer).

The following default procedures apply to all shipments originating from 2mag-USA, unless otherwise requested in writing by customer (via purchase order instructions or otherwise) and agreed in writing by 2mag-USA:

  • Shipments will be sent via UPS or FedEx ground and insured for the full invoiced value of products.  UPS or FedEx ground shipments typically take between 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the final destination.  UPS or FedEx next day, second day, or third day are also available in most circumstances.
  • Where customer has provided a valid email address, tracking information will be sent directly from carrier to customer via email.
  • Where certain value and/or other thresholds are met, shipments will be sent via delivery confirmation with adult signature required.

The following shipping terms apply to all shipments originating from 2mag-USA, unless otherwise requested in writing by customer (via purchase order instructions or otherwise) and agreed in writing by 2mag-USA:

  • FCA Seller's Premises
  • Ground shipping inside North America: prepaid and add OR collect on your UPS or FEDEX account.
  • Expedited shipping inside North America: collect on your UPS or FEDEX account.
  • International shipping outside of North America: collect on your UPS or FEDEX account.

Please inquire with us directly about international shipping outside of North America, as not all products are eligible for shipping outside of North America.  If products are not eligible for shipping outside of North America, then we can connect you with a distributor who ships to your area.
