Can I order direct through you?

 

Yes, absolutely.  You can purchase through one of our authorized distributors or through us directly.  All orders placed through us or one of our authorized distributors ensures that your equipment will be covered under our warranty.

 

Can I order through a distributor?

 

Yes, absolutely. For orders placed for North America, you can use Fisher Scientific Company, VWR International, or one of our other authorized distributors. Please contact us to determine if the distributor you plan to use is one of our authorized distributors. All orders placed through us or one of our authorized distributors ensures that your equipment will be covered under our warranty.

 

How can I order?

 

For Purchase Orders, you can order via email, facsimile, or phone.  For credit card orders, you can order via our website or via email, facsimile, or phone.

 

Where is the equipment made?

 

All our Variomag and 2mag brand equipment is manufactured at our facility in Germany. All orders placed through us or one of our authorized distributors ensures that your equipment was properly imported by 2mag-USA into the U.S. and delivered safely to our warehouse in Daytona Beach, Florida. After arrival, we thoroughly inspect all equipment to ensure that it is in perfect condition before shipping it out to you.

 

Do you have demo units?

 

We only sell new equipment, so we do not have a demo unit program at this time. We do offer in house testing and video sampling of equipment. You can even send us samples of your vessels and/or liquids so we can replicate your application setup and provide recommendations.

 

What happens if my equipment arrives damaged?

 

We carefully package all equipment in double boxes with special attention to proper packing materials to ensure that Upon delivery of your equipment, please carefully inspect and test all equipment. Although unlikely, accidents do happen during shipment. In this event, please contact us immediately via email or phone so we can work on the best solution together. Please remember not to throw out any of the packaging

 

Can I return my equipment?

How do I know if I need to select a control unit?

 

What is required to start stirring with a 2mag stirring system as soon as possible?

 

Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship from our U.S. warehouse, so we can have you stirring in as little as a few days! If timing is an issue, then contact us before ordering to ensure that your products are in stock.  Items with ’Stirrer’ in the title are directly controlled stirrers that include everything you need to start stirring, including the power supply and cable.  Items with ‘Stirring Drive’ in the title are remotely controlled stirrers and require a compatible control unit.  See the product description and recommended products on each Stirring Drive page for links to compatible control units.  Also see 2mag Stirring Drive & Control Unit Compatibility Chart.
